Nicole responded to my query for quote within an hour and picked 3 huge loads of washing the very next day. She returned the entire lot of clothes within a day and gave me a very competitive rate for such a huge wash. The clothes were all neatly folded and smelling great. Her help was much appreciated and would highly recommend anyone considering getting their washing done.

As a busy mum and business owner the thought of doing a pile of ironing is pushed far down my list of jobs to do. I contacted Nicole at That Laundry Place. Nicole was really responsive and arranged to pick up my clothes from work and delivered them back to me all beautifully ironed and hung up. The service was fantastic and i would highly recommend her. Nicole has great communication skills, nothing is too much for Nicole to do especially at short notice if I need anything eg - extra washing, drying and folding on top of regular ironing. Always keeping me updated with any changes to pick up or drop off times and would ensure my instructions are adhered to as my preferences (I’m fussy regarding what needs to be on coat hangers and folding a certain way). Highly Recommend That Laundry Place.

Nicole’s service is excellent. Free pick up and delivery offered, great quality of work, quick turn around time and so friendly. Ideal for the weeks where you are just snowed under and need to take a task off your hands, but also affordable that you could do as a weekly service. Highly recommend and will continue to use.

With my husband in hospital, I recently had the need to use That Laundry Place. After contacting the number, I had a call within a very short time to confirm. My quote was texted very quickly. The pick up was in Portarlington, at a time to suit me. My basket contained a King size Doona with cover & sheets. Everything was beautifully presented when it was returned. Price was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in using the service again. In fact I am planning to do the other beds very soon.

Amazing service, my clothes have never felt so soft! So easy to organise I just left my basket out and it was picked up and dropped back off on the same day. Highly recommend!
